Rude receptionist

I have a formal complaint to place against the receptionist on the ***. She was extremely rude to me and dropped the phone on me. First time when I called she did not say the name of the business or who she is. After that I asked her for information she said i should call back in five minutes, after the five minutes she started ignoring my call. I had to call on a different number and when she picked up she started denying that she dropped the phone. And in the background her friends were saying "come now, come now" implying that i must come there and say what i am saying. She was extremely rude and i don't why Wits would hire such people?
