Ridicules service at Witpoortjie Medical Centre

I was late for the appointment by 3 min and they would not help me, previous appointment I had with the medical center they kept me waiting for 30 min after the time agreed on for the appointment but 3 min late they cant help you anymore!

The Lady Petro I spoke to on the phone was rude did not give me time to talk and was aggressive, I threatened to close our file there and she commented that she would love to do that! No discussions of trying to resolve the issue or make amerce of the situation, just she would love to close the account rather! Very bad service and very rude over the phone!
