Disappointing Experience at Witkoppen Clinic

I recently visited Witkoppen Clinic for a scheduled appointment, only to discover that the receptionist, Verro, had booked me on a day when the clinic was closed. To make matters worse, I was informed by another staff member that 6-month immunizations are only done on Thursdays and Fridays, yet Verro had booked me for a Monday.

Verro's lack of attention to detail and failure to update me about the incorrect booking was frustrating, especially considering the transportation costs I incurred. Unfortunately, this wasn't my first experience with Verro's rudeness.

The clinic's services and other staff members were helpful, but Verro's poor customer service and incompetence overshadowed my overall experience.
