TERRIBLE & RUDE

We took our dog to the vet this morning and upon arrival our account was blocked and we were told we had been handed over. They also would not help our dog, obviously. I knew the amount had been paid. I then sent them proof of payment that the amount had in fact been paid as due. Our file was then suddenly lost and a new one had to be opened. These people are so rude and after their own mistakes! Not even an apology. We now have to get confirmation that the hand over was incorrect. I will not be returning after many years there. I will much rather go to Kempton Park vet, even though they are much further.
