My dog is gone

On Friday 15 August 2025 at about 11o'clock my dog lucha (Yorkie 3 months al brown and light brown with hazel eyes) she fell off the bed that evening at 19:00 we took lucha to witfield vet they were very friendly and attended to lucha . They told us (me and my boyfriend) they need to do x-rays they completed the x-rays, upon which they told us lucha needs to be put on a drip and must go to surgery on Saturday morning On Saturday morning at 10:39 I phoned the doctor and he told me she is going into surgery. At around 14:30 the doctor phone means told me lucha had liver problems we rushed from brakpan to boksburg and the doctor ask me what am I doing here. He said phoned the wrong person they didn't allow me to see lucha as he had just completed the surgery, and he was busy with the next proceedure, He never wore an operating apron, but he had surgical gloves on So we left . I contacted him around 21:00 pm on Saturday night, he showed me Lucha and was fine and he said to me the surgery was successful and I can come fetch Lucha Sunday 9:00 am , On Sunday morning he contacted me and told me lucha is dead He asked that we must come in and speak to him . We went there and had to wait outside ringing the bell and phoning him ,there was an elderly lady that works there that was very rude and disrespectful they couldn't explain to me why my dog had passed away the manager of witfield vet came and she took me into he office spoke to (Me and my boyfriend) and I explained the whole story to her. We waited for the doctor to come. He arrived at about 9:00 am , he told me he didn't sleep he was up all night looking after lucha. There was to many clients inside so he took me to the back they spoke to (Me and my Boyfriend) while they were speaking to us I noticed black label beer bottles standing outside I asked are they drinking while on duty and he rep**** it was the next door neighbour's who left their bottles on the premises. They then said sorry for my loss. They said to do an autopsy, but I asked will it bring he back and he rep**** NO! They told me they can cremate her and they gave me prices,
