Witbank Plumbing and Projects failure to pay rent

Owner rented my property under his company. Refuses to vacate the property and refused to pay last month's rent. Had to handle him through lawyers. Not cooperative. Would not allow prospective buyers to view house whilst he knew house was being sold.
