No service

I have used this company in the past and had minor issues, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. So on the 4th of August 2023, in the morning I called and asked for assistance, the lady who answered the call told me she will call me when the guys leave the office. I called again later the afternoon and she gave me the same story. Saturday I called again to ask if they are still coming out and again, I got the same story "she will call me when they leave the office". Up until today, 8th August 2023, I have not heard from the lady or anyone else in the company. I will definitely not use them again and absolutely not recommend them to someone else! I am very disappointed with this company. If you are to busy for the public, then let them OR if you do not want the business, again, let us know! ***, ***
