<div>Since my first review in May/June 2021, we have had nothing but endless troubles with the R210k system that was installed. The installation was great and the before-sales service was friendly and efficient. BUT the after-sales service has left a lot to be desired. First off our batteries were not holding charge. We received loan batteries after a month of complaining and asking when our batteries would be returned and since receiving those we have had no further discussion on when our brand new batteries would be returned to us. We have, for the past 4 months, been experiencing issues with the 2 inverters (total of 16kw of power) that cannot handle much more than a couple of lights and a TV. We have been expected to be the engineers and solar experts - no one has attended our premises from the Company and instead they have favoured whatsapp calls telling us what to do and how to fault find. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Please everyone - if after-sales service and warranties are important to you, don't deal with this company.</div>
