Excellent Service

Since writing this review I have become quite disillusioned with my system. It worked well for a month or two and then the hassles started. The system alarm does off every morning at around 9am. When loadshedding happens, we get about 30 mins of power and then the system shuts down and this after spending upwards of R200k on the system. I have asked, on a number of occasions for someone to come and inspect the system to see why it is not working properly and we keep getting put off (send us a picture of the inverter alarm, send us the alarm code, try re-setting the system etc. etc.). If we were solar experts in the first place, we could tinker with the system. But having paid so much for it, we do not expect to have to do our own fault-finding and repairs. Not so sure I would recommend this company anymore.
