Unwelcoming Treatment

i was not impressed with the treatment i received upon entry. The staff member who was standing by reception didn't even greet and welcome me to the establishment, and it was my first visit. His exact words were "Can i help you with something...." , i was standing by the stairs at the time. I then inquired if there was any available rooms and the response i received in a unwelcoming tone " we fully booked till Sunday... " I work by a professional institution and deal with customers everyday and i wouldn't speak to any of my customers like that. My response would be " welcome to wish you were lodge, how are you doing? Come inside, don't stand by the stairs.... " That 1 minute sentence would of impressed me so much. I wouldn't recommend for first time customers to waste your time going there because their welcoming treatment will change your mood.
