Disgusting rooms, disgusting service, ****** !

The worst Lodge ever!!!!!!

I checked into this lodge from the 1-2nd May. On arrival I was appalled to see that they had blankets up against the walls. I then checked in, asked the concierge on duty if I could have a 30 minute later checkout due to transport issues, he agreed. I then checked into my room, the room smelled so dusty (like the windows were not opened for a good few days) anyway I opened the windows and door leading to the balcony and aired the room out, problem solved. Im really not one to complain, but the plot thickens...

I use the toilet and to my surprise there was no toilet paper in the toilet. I head out for the night, but remember to bring some toilet paper back with me. I returned around 10pm, exhausted and ready to sleep. They had a huge party, no covid 19 protocol in place, people with no masks on, the deck was packed with people. I used the bathroom before bed, and I was disgusted to see the shower curtain smeered full of **** !!!! (This is obviously because there was no toilet paper) The party only ended at 5am the next morning!!!!!! Like I said previously, I was so exhausted and ready to sleep when I got back. The next morning the cleaning lady was banging on the door at checkout time, keep in mind I made prior arrangements for a 30 minute later checkout, nevertheless I left immediately.

On the 3rd of May I reviewed Wish U were here on bookings.com. Needless to say, they called me instantly apologising, and offered a refund, however on the terms that I delete my review, I agreed. It's been over a month later I still have not received a refund, the concierge Oscar, blocked me off whatsapp, they do not accept my calls, or answer my messages.

What a terrible lodge!!! I would NOT RECOMMEND anyone to book their rooms !!!!!!!!
