Wish order

Good day I've place an order on the 26 September 2023. I've contacted, email, wattsup and facebook them. The only response was that they will deliver the order on the 7th of September but nothing yet. The ***(only ringing) and ***(does straight) to wattsup. Why advertising and not deliver the services? If this is the case I definitely escalating the matter to my attorney's.
