WiseDeals holding onto items which were paid for

Purchased a rechargeable led light with solar panel from Wisedeals via the BidOrBuy website (22/01/2021). Specifications were 40W light and 15W panel as advertised on BidOrBuy (https://www.bidorbuy.co.za/item/***W_LED_SOLAR_Flood_Light_with_Remote_Control_Solar_Panel_Waterproof_and_1050_Lumens.html) and on WiseDeals website (https://www.wisedeals.co.za/). Received a 8W panel and not 15W. I reported this to WiseDeals as with the 8W I was not getting the 10-12 hours of lighting as specified. WiseDeals quoted the supplier as saying the panel would be adequate. Light and panel were sent to Wisedeal (15/02/2021) at my cost to so they could check and test. WiseDeals were adamant it was working fine. I asked them to supply me with a 15W panel and send my items to me. After 2 months they could not get stock so I asked them to return my items (17/06/2021). I am still waiting. Every time I call I get told it is at dispatch.
