NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Wisedeal's is a seller on BOB. I purchased a 2 in 1 Powerful Rechargeable Wireless Vacuum Cleaner for R 340.00 on the 27th November 2024. From day one the suction cup and motor detached itself and I can assure you I did assemble it correctly.I have had problems with the vacuum cleaner I won on the auction, in that the motor and the dust bin keep detaching itself and I check that it is on correctly. I have a handheld “dust buster” so I know how to attach the motor and dust bin. Today I was vacuuming up dog hair when this again happened and for a split-second hair was sucked directly into the motor. Email I sent to Wisedeals: I put it together again and it happens again, only this time the motor fell onto the floor and now it does not work. From Wisedeals: Thank you for reaching out and bringing this matter to our attention. Unfortunately, we have had similar reports from a few clients who noticed issues upon receiving and inspecting and testing their items. In those cases, videos provided by the buyers showed that the items were not assembled correctly, and we were able to assist them promptly. However, in your case, it seems the issue was not reported immediately upon testing. Instead, the item continued to be used and then you take it apart and the motor having fallen and no longer functioning. (I did not take it apart, it once again detached itself)

Based on the details you’ve shared, it appears the item was connected incorrectly, leading to further issues, and the motor subsequently fell to the floor. I would like to warn other buyers to think twice before buying from Wisedeals, because they take no responsibility and blame the client when I did attach it correctly as I am not an idiot. Also BOB has not been helpful at all. So now Wisedeals has my money and I have a useless vacuum
