WiseMove: Because Overpaying for Simple Moves is Trendy

WIse Movers boasts about providing quick quotes within a few hours, but in reality, the process takes much longer. Despite requesting a quote for a simple furniture-only move for a widow with minimal belongings over just 200km distance, we were astonished to receive quotes as high as R30k, nearly R20k+ more than other options found elsewhere. What's worse, these quotes took four days to arrive. This significant delay and exorbitant pricing raise serious concerns about Wise Mover's pricing strategy and operational efficiency. Regrettably, our experience with their service did not meet our expectations, highlighting the need for improvement in both their pricing model and customer care ethics. If your move isn't between major cities, it's best to steer clear of Wise Movers, as their focus seems to be on larger-scale moves.
