Trying Wise Move for the first time

It was easy to put the details of my request up, and I got a couple offers by the next day. A support member messaged me after to check if I'm happy with the quotes and helped boost my request when I said I was waiting to see more. Unfortunately I didn't get any other quotes, but I chose a company from my options, and was able to connect with them on WhatsApp and arranged a hassle free move. One confusion was how in the quote, there seemed to be an automatically generated line that promised to accommodate one of my requests, but then the company that was attached to the quote didn't provide that service. So make sure you confirm the details with a human instead of relying on the promises automatically added on the quote page.
