Promises but no action

On 27 December I moved with Wise Move Firstly the movers arrived with a 1.5 to Hyundai bakkies that was to small. Secondly the damaged my stove breaking the hinges, they also damaged my washing machine by lifting and carrying it by it console. They scratched and dented the door of my tumble dryer and dented the door of my refrigerator. This after I made available a trolley that they could use to move the furniture that they refused to use The owner came to inspect the damage and undertook to reimburse me for the damage.

Despite the undertaking from him no refund has been forthcoming and they now no longer reply to my emails or Whatsapp messages.
