Wise Leadership from Botswana - ****

On the 4th of April, I was scheduled to attend an Integrated Reporting seminar in Botswana. Gaborone organised by Wise Leadership. A day before the conference, they sent an e-mail saying that the conference has been cancelled, no phone call but an e-mail. (ALREADY THAT WAS *****).

I had already paid for accomodation and flights and these were non-refundable. So I was already losing money. The cost for the seminar was P2000 in Rands (R2671,40). Its been over a month and I still have not received my refund. The receptionist asked for my banking details last week and stated she is processing payment however I still have not received anything.

I have been trying to call them and now they are not even picking up my calls. Very disappointed because I took my money to support a black-owned business but their service and communication is **********.

DO NOT sign up for their seminars. The name of the company is Wise Leadership and I feel like they are a ****. I would've appreciated their honesty if they couldn't process the money instead of making me look stupid. Wise Leadership is a company from Botswana, very sad that our own neighbors are ******** us.
