Poor workmanship for good prices.. BE CAREFUL!

Had a very disappointing experience with this company, they are very quick to install and want payment but have terrible aftersales service. My car which i bought secondhand and have been driving for years never without accident needed a windscreen replacement as I was driving behind a truck loaded with smalls stones which hit my windscreen causing chips which later lead to cracks after i hit a massive pothole. I contacted Gerda from Novus glass/Wise auto Glass for the replacement of which they were much obliged to. About 2 weeks after the installation a large semi circle crack appears on the passengers side of the newly replaced windscreen that is clearly due to workmanship. I contact Gerda and inform her of my plight as i was told of a 1 year fitment guarantee someone was sent out 2 weeks later to give the crack a look and her feedback was that of pictures whilst the installation was being done telling me that my car has been in an accident. I ask What accident is this as i have never been in one and the glass that was on my car previously was perfectly fine and had no such cracks they gave me lame ass excuses that made no sense and then told me to fix the frame of my car as this was the issue till today it has just been a back and forth where she had said her manager would give me a call but to date i have received no such call or email from this company to further state my case. I went as far as requesting a discount on my next replacement as i needed another replacement but they wanted to charge me full price and more over their **** up.

I have since replaced the glass using a PROFESSIONAL and SABS registered company that has given me a warrantee and a workmanship guarantee at an affordable price this was in October and i have had no problems since.

Avoid this company at all costs their pricing is not worth the hassle as they will send out inexperienced assessors to shift the blame on you,
