UNPAID MEDICAL ACCOUNT, BEING HANDED OVER, UNCOOPERATIVE DR

In February my son went to Wisani Medical Center for health care Services as he my dependant, blood was taken and send to Lancet Laboratories the problem is my medical aid can not pay the account at lancet because the attending Doctor did not fill his Practice number but used different one of which is not on my medical network hence the account is being rejected, I took efforts to communicate with the Doctor, Lancet and Gems concerning the rectification of the account,Gems and Lancet advised me to ask the Dr to fill in the correct practice number that's being his, without any luck and currently the account has been handed over to Lawyer for me to pay the account based on the Doctor's mistake and he seems not cooperative because I notified his about his mistake last month after I got a call from Lancet Accounts, my burning issue is if the account reaches 4 month it will become stale and my medical aid will no longer be able to pay for it and i will be forced to pay mistake done by a Dr.yesterday i called his about the account as i also have received a call from Lancet he did not even listen to what i was asking him and telling him details that i have received from Lancetand told me he has a client forgetting that I am also a client whom he has wronged, he told me 3 different statements which were contradicting saying: 1. I must relax he is dealing with it whereas he failed still how can i relax whereas i am being handed over?, he got a call from Lancet 2. He is dealing with a representative from Lancet and edende up hanging the phone on me and that was the second time he did that.
