POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WISANI MKANSI CLOTHING

Poor customer service. They say their turn around time is 7-14 working days but it’s been 24 working days and everyday I enquire about my order they do not say anything. I asked for a refund and the response was very lousy. I believe in supporting up and coming women trying to make it out there but if this is the energy they giving back then I should take my business elsewhere. This was not the first time this happened I tried to give them another chance but clearly they really do not care.
