Dissapointment galore

Ordered and paid for 2 bodysuits on the 20th of August today is the 23rd of September no one knows where my stuff is, first it was load shedding,then material,then delivery guy, then no one knows,She refuses to give me my refund, And l had to be the one asking for feedback,I mean we want support black business but with such terrible service,why would l want to do that? l would rather the use reliable big retailers ,l did not choose your brand because lm out of options ,l chose it because l wanted to support a person looking like me ,but if you do not take my money seriously ......im done, i will never ever order here again,
