Disappointing

Really Dissapointed by this Lady ,I oredered 3 items on the 28th of August. On her website it says she takes 5-10 business days to send out orders,last week I asked for a refund,she told me she has processed it to be paid on the 25th of September which was yesterday but I still haven’t received it and she has not rep**** to my emails.
