Bad service

I placed an order (2 dresses, 2 bodysuits and a pencil skirt) via WhatsApp on the 21st of July for an amount of R1500 (including delivery). I am still awaiting my order. The lady has opened an online store since then and I still haven't received my stuff. I've been reaching out to her since the second week of Aug and she keeps on telling me that there's a delay with deliveries, or load shedding is slowing down production, or Aramex is not making deliveries on time etc. and the clothes will be delivered soon, but the funny thing is she keeps on posting "influencers/bloggers" wearing her clothing on her IG page while I'm still awaiting my order. On the 27th of Aug I told her that I don't want the clothes anymore, provided her with my banking details and asked for my money to be paid into my account. She informed me that she has made arrangements for Aramex to return the clothing to her (I'm assuming she had already sent out my order) and she'll arrange a refund then - this was on the 28th of Aug. I've been reaching out to her on most of her social platforms: IG page - Wisani Mkansi, IG Business Page - Wisani Clothing, WhatsApp +***. I ALWAYS message her first to only be left on read, or get response hours or days later. It's not even a response - it's an excuse or a drafted message that is being sent out to those awaiting their orders. I'm tired of excuses and apologies, and I've run out of patience - I WANT MY MONEY.
