Extremely poor customer service

I have a query that has been responded to for over a month, with constant reminders, no one is even bothered to respond. The email *** and ***. Do we have people responsible for handling this emails? When I call, I am sent from one branch to another, no one even care to listen to what you have to say. I was then transferred to WhatsApp line that still is like people are working but not sure what they are doing. The query stays unresolved. PEOPLE OF YOU CAN DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY THAT IS NOT SURE ABOUT THEIR ADMINISTRATION. I am so fed up. I wasted too much money calling but I am taken from pillar to post, one branch after the other, head office is worse. They don't even listen to query but quick to send you back to the branch, yet the branch quick to send you to head office. Is like a battle with my money.
