Bad service from the cashier

I was as t Polokwane town today in the morning I was number 1 they open for us when I suppose to pay I gave the guy who was the cashier my I'd and inside of Id they was a slip and I gave him money instead of assisting me, he leave my things and call another client and he don't ask me, when I ask him y a u assisting the second client while I'm the first client he said because u did come with the book of wisani I ask him I am not supposed to pay I'd I didn't come with the book, I am not they way he talk to me please communicate with your staff member, he must teach himself to communicate well with clients.
