Beyond expectation service from Wirquin / Jollyfill

After more that 10 years service, a 'Jollyfill' toilet filling mechanism jammed. An internet search for the unit located a Trouble shooting .pdf document that helped me identify the problem - a simple plastic half-inch filter. I phoned the manufacturer, not really expecting any material assistance as the unit was old, but was assisted beyond my expectations. From my first engagement the staff were polite, coherent and helpful. Their sales department were fami**** with the part and went out of their way to assist me. In short, this Somerset East based company assisted me in Gauteng, to repair this unit at only my time and effort cost. Thank you for the excellent after sales back-up service Wirquin. This is exceptional in South Africa today!
