WirExpress Courier Services and Breno Jackson
WireExpress & Breno Jackson are a serious ****. The guy named Breno Jackson has now changed his name to Fredrick Lucas. He is still based in Miami. He approached me and offered to buy me an iPhone 13 pro max in December 2022, April 2023 - he changed his name from Breno to Fredrick. He then asked to buy me a phone again as a friendly gesture in September 2023 then I said yes! Then instead of just a phone - he promised to sent me a receipt to show that he had just bought me an iPhone 13 Pro max, a MacBook, an iTunes card worth $400, a Calvin Klein watch, and $3,000 cash. I immediately became very suspicious because I do not trust free gifts (for no reason whatsoever). I still told him to send me the gifts because he had been asking to send me the gift for a long time - he wanted my physical address, Gmail address and mobile number. I gave him my current address but I also gave him my alternate Gmail address (which is not connected to my phone and bank). and I gave him my alternate number.
Apparently, the goods arrived in Jozi and enroute to Cape Town on the 27th of September 2023. A tracking number and tracking link with a reasonable website was given and it looked so real until the email asked me to pay R800 as duty and as per tax laws in order for delivery to be made. My heart just refused to pay anything. I also became very suspicious when WireExpress number did not take up calls but only WhatsApp and text messages, then I also checked the invoice on the website - the telephone number for the sender was pretty weird - *** and this raised more suspicious for me. I also sent a text message to the WhatsApp number and then they said i needed to make a payment into Tyme bank account but they did not provide the account details. They asked me to go to Pick n Pay to try and text then they would send me a link to provide to the cashier for a deposit. I now got so concerned because I know that Tyme Bank is used a lot by these ****mers. so, I decided to check HelloPetter and I found messages about Breno Jackson and his games. The messages on this website saved me from this **** because it confirmed my suspicions.
By the way, the tracking link looked so professional even though this is all a ****. Please be careful and take care.
