**** in the name of delivery

These guys failed to deliver my parcel, they asked R800 initially for duty fees. I paid, they followed by asking R2500 for tax fees, I paid. They then requested R1500 for the certificate of ownership for the goods. I paid them. Now they are requesting R2300. I am sick and tired of paying. This is a ****. They don't deliver your goods, they threatening you by arrest if you don't pay fees. I regret why I never trusted my conscience with regard to this. They exploited me. I even borrowed money to pay them but still they made excuses not to deliver.

This urgency is a **** guys
