Parcel being hold at custom at OR tambo airport

Track number : AWB*** Received this tracking number and I was asked to pay duty fees of R800 and they asked I need to pay R2500 for my parcel to be released at customs duty which I did call pay later they asked for R3500 for currencies and make a certificate for the money to be cleared into my bank account and they came back asking for R3000 for the money to be released. Evertytime they have a reason to ask more money and feels like a **** I asked for them to releases the other items and can hold the money for now they refused. I am concern now why so much money I have been asked for and why they holding other items their email is ***
