The network is Horrible as with the customer service

The network is Horrible as with the customer service. I purchased 2 vouchers and their system loaded the vouchers then still says I don't have data or should load more. I logged a call 5 days back and no response from them just an automated response. I tried their whatsapp line and all you get is automated responses. 5 days later still no response. They don't have a call center for Taking calls as well. My ref number isWO5997
