Worse service ever

This is just the worst service ever..I purchased electricity this morning at 11am through my banking app..it went through payment was successful but haven't received my token as yet I have purchased again after that thinking there a net work problem and still haven't received my tokens..I try calling that 087 number they claim is open 24/7 I have been 3 hours on call till my airtime just finished..I sent many many emails with my proof of payment to the *** and have not gotten any response ...must buy the electricity and still have problem they are worse then Eskom..im still awaiting my tokens it's been 5 hours going now and I'm Sitting in darkness
