WireIT Pathetic

I bought units at 05H15 this morning, 26 Oct 2021 after several unanswered calls i send them a mail at 08H00 where-after they requested proof of payment with an excuse of technical problems. although complying to their request, it is now 12H22 and yet i still haven't received my token. If this was the first time I could've been more sympathetic however this became the norm. Pathetic.....
