Wireit is a ****

I bought electricity on the 24 February 2025 and never received the token. I called wire it was told they no longer in business with Eskom I must send bank statement and I'd copy for refund that take 7 days. Today is the 12 no refund for R150 has been done. Their call centre keeps saying its coming but I don't see anything in my account. 7 days or 10 days has passed. I need my refund immediately.
