WireIt electricity purchase nightmare

I purchased electricity from Wireit and encountered a distressing issue in the process. Despite completing the payment, I did not receive the token required to activate the electricity. Frustratingly, even after contacting their support four hours later and providing proof of payment, I was informed that the token would be loaded manually, and I would receive it via SMS and email. However, several hours passed without any token delivery, prompting me to follow up again, only to receive the same reassurance.

As a result of this delay, my electricity supply depleted entirely, forcing me to borrow money to secure additional electricity. Disappointingly, even after more than 24 hours, I am yet to receive the token, and my attempts to communicate via email remain unanswered.

This experience with Wireit's service has been profoundly unsatisfactory and has caused inconvenience and financial strain due to the prolonged delay in token delivery and the lack of response to my inquiries.
