Worse service! I bought electricity on the 21st of January 2021 via nedbank app. The notification for payment I received. However, the token numbers I have not received. I called in for the token numbers. They sent me a congratulations, u may purchase sms.... No token numbers still. I called in on the 22nd they said they will send the numbers. They even requested my email address still nothing. Wireit is a big ****! Been calling no response.
