I am so unhappy with your service. It is absolutely useless!

I have purchased 3 vouchers online via FNB 2 hours later have not received anything. Called your call centre witch made it very clear that it is not their problem. So now you tell me. Whos problem is this? You are being paid for a service that you can’t deliver and it is not the first time this happened.

This is so unacceptable!! In fact you are pathetic.
