To expensive
It's ridiculously expensive, whether your muncipality account is up to date or not, you pay R100 for 29 units. I would not recommend this to anyone at all

We are sorry that you feel that we are expensive. Unfortunately, all rates are set by either your landlord or the municipality and our outside of our control. We are the cheapest service provider in terms of service fee. You are welcome to contact our call centre for further explanation of your tariffs.
