They keep your money and always blame it on technical difficulties!!!!

There should be a 0 star rating for companies like this!!! I bought R900 electricity yesterday morning, but never received my token. Only to be told today that I will have to wait for either 1. up to four days to recieve the token, or 2. wait up to seven days for the reimbur*****t!!!!! What type of company is this???? trying to get gain extra interest on behalf of people's money????? So in the mean time, I now need to spend more money to buy electricity and will obviously be charged more as the "cap' will be reached!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE CONNED BY THESE PEOPLE!!!
