Terrible, no, Worst service from WireIT!!!

Worst service ever! I have bought electricity from WireIT on more than 3 occasions and I always have to either send them an email/call asking for the token to top up my electricity, instead of the automated email or SMS message with the token. I always get the same response whenever I call/email “technical problems with the system… technicians not available etc.”… I don’t know why they say they’re a 24/7 service when they don’t deliver when needed!!! Today I was told that when I bought the electricity the system was down and the technical team doesn’t work night shift… and to either buy again as the system is working again or wait until 8am Tuesday morning, when I need the electricity now!!! I mean, the audacity to say I should buy again… instead of communicating with their customers about their system problems to avoid such inconveniences. Terrible service…
