Rip of company
This company is a total *******, we only getting 1/3 of token for the amounts being bought.... how do u service the community by ripping them off, should be closed waste of time company

So sorry to hear of your frustration. Please note we do not set the tariff you are charged for your electricity - this would be set my the municipality/ landlord/ Eskom. Reasons for fewer units could include the stepped tariff, your consumption or your municipality recovering outstanding debt from you. We charge the lowest service charge in the country so unfortunately you would need to take this up with your supply authority.
