Pathetic service by WireIt

I paid R2500 for electricity early in the morning via EFT with Standard.I have yet to receive the code about 8 hours later).I have phoned them on 4 occasions and emailed them without success. I then bought electricity through Standard Bank themselves ie only R100 to test & it went through.I will NEVER use their (lack of) service again.
