Pathetic

On your website you advertise a 24h service 7 days a week and yet you are unreachable. This morning I woke up early to get some work done and as it is the 1ste of the month and as per usual a attempted to purchase my monthly electricity. I did not receive my token and again purchased an amount just to make sure. Both transactions went of on my account and yet no token. I’ve sent emails to both your “24h” service email address and called your “24h” service number without any success!!!! Your service is nothing short of pathetic or are you just guilty of false advertising??!! I will file a formal complaint at the consumer ombudsman!!!!
