Paid but no token received

<p>I did an EFT last night and it normally takes 5 minutes then I get my token via SMS.</p> <p> </p> <p>I never received my token. I sent an email to support, and no reply yet and the website said they are 24/7 available.</p> <p> </p> <p>What is my rights as a client?</p>
