Non-existent Customer Service

I bought electricity over an hour ago, like I have 100s of times; and I still have not received my token with electricity about to run out. I've tried calling their customer support which is advertised as 24/7 support. I've been waiting now for almost an hour and still no agent available (which is unacceptable for a customer support center). From what I've heard people have waited for hours with no answer; so can't wait that long. Can't believe how bad the service is. Most people buy electricity when they are close to running out, so to have no customer service to assist leaves customers completely helpless. Even if there is an issue out of their control, at least put a notice on your website, add more support people to your call center; but to expect customers to wait for hours for support is shocking!
