No Token Received, no response to emails, contact number not working

I am still waiting for my token and it has been 4 hours now, my electricity has almost run out? The contact number does not work and nobody is responding to emails. Someone better revert back to be ASAP. How this incompetence or thievery can be contacted by the municipality to provide an essential service is beyond me.
