NEVER RECEIVING TOKEN NUMBERS

Countless times I have purchased via the FNB banking app, each time I had to call to get the pin (even after confirming the cell number countless times). I have now tried using the Capitec app still the same thing. Each time I need to phone and hold on for countless minutes just to get my token. Each time they blame the bank or system. Surely after a year it should have been sorted out by now.
