Most useless company ever

This must be the most useless company ever. I spent four hours on the phone trying to get through to their call center that undoubtedly is unmanned. Bought electricity via banking app 12 hours ago and no token as yet. Best of all it is not the first time struggling with them. I will most definitely not make use of WireIt again!
