Horrible Service

Bought electricity through WireIT at around 11:40, waited for a token to be sent, but nothing. Couldn't get through to their call centre until 16:30 and the lady who "assisted" me was rude. They asked for a POP, which I had sent earlier (12:35), sent it, but still cannot get any help from them.
