Electricity vendor takes money but no power to the people

Like many householders, I am forced to use a pre-paid meter and there are very few available in PE - so like many, I buy tokens on line, from www.wireit.co.za

Not for the first time, at 22:09 on 11/3/2017 I EFT'd R2050 from my FNB account into theirs - and guess what? Nothing happened. No SMS.

On query, their ********** 459 and ********** blamed FNB, who provided proof the money was paid into WireIt's FNB account. FNB is "unable to reverse" the payment as a result.

HOW DOES IT HELP ME?

"We have received your query and appreciate your patience. At the moment we are experiencing some technical issue in the form of payments not reflecting on the system and our technicians are aware and currently rectifying the matter.??

They can see the money on their bank statement. There is no proof whatsoever that their "technicians" are doing anything about it - in fact, aside from a call centre agent fielding flack, they seem to be very comfy with my money.

At best this is shocking customer service, and at worst, *****. WIREIT must resolve this immediately or further action and charges are inevitable.
